Return Terms and Conditions
- Returned items must be in their original condition, clean, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
Complaint Filing Period:
- Customers have a 30-day window from the product delivery date to file a complaint. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly. Submit a written complaint via email, including supporting images (product received, packaging, etc.) to facilitate our investigation.
Non-Defective Returns:
- Returns for reasons other than material defects or workmanship issues are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for covering the original shipping cost and the cost to return the item even if the free shipping option is selected.
Return Eligibility Check and Valid Return Label:
- All return requests are subject to an eligibility check. Once approved, we will provide a return label that is valid for 30 days. All returns must be received within this 30-day period and must have a valid return label. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted, and the return label will be invalid. Warranty claims apply when a customer needs to replace the covers not return.
Replacements:
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly ship out a replacement. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing from the date the returned item is received. Retain your return tracking number for reference..
Thorough Inspection and Refunds:
- All returns undergo a thorough inspection before proceeding. If our support team confirms an error, you will need to return all unused products to receive a refund. Refunds cover the item cost only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Delays and Unforeseen Events:
- Boat Covers Now is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, etc. While tracking information is provided, factors like weather, courier logistics issues, or other external factors may impact delivery times.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all shipping fees. Refusal to accept the order incurs an additional 10% restocking fee.
